First Morgan Ranch Brisket

Ordering and shipping were fully supported and smooth. It was my first brisket so expectations were guarded. After 9 hours, the meat was falling apart and the taste was amazing. Used an AI generated rub and an oven, so no smoking flavors. Great first brisket. Go MR!
