Our beef is a non-returnable item

Because we offer a premium beef product that is perishable, we do not accept returns. When your order arrives, please take time to inspect it and contact us immediately if the order is damaged, if you've received the wrong item, or if you have any questions.

We ship our beef frozen utilizing quality materials for insulation and safety. It is not unusual for the beef to begin to thaw during transport. The beef can be refrozen on arrival. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards either.
