Bone In Standing Rib Roast
Made from the beautifully marbled and exceptionally tender ribeye, the Morgan Ranch Beef Standing Rib Roast is a perfect centerpiece for any special gathering.
The term "standing" means the roast still carries the bones -- making the roast appear able to stand. While the bones are slightly Frenched at the top, the rich flavor and firmness they impart will ensure a beautiful display of this special roast. Each roast is around 10 lbs.

What a beautiful hunk of meat. Dry brined for 24 hours. Seasoned with rosemary butter, salt and pepper. Roasted long and slow for 3.5 hours at 200 degrees. Then did a reverse sear. Turned out a perfect medium rare. Silky texture, fresh beefy taste, delicious!
